What StudyHub is

StudyHub analyses past exams for a course and works out a study plan toward a pass. You get a plan, exercises, spaced repetition, mock exams and a study coach that knows the course.

What we don't promise

We do not guarantee that you'll pass. The plan is built on how the exam has looked before and on how you answer along the way. It's a well-founded estimate, not a key. Exams change, examiners change, and bad days happen.

That's why we always show ranges and never a single-point promise, and why the plan aims with margin above the pass mark rather than exactly at it.

StudyHub is not affiliated with, endorsed by or reviewed by any university. The course content is our own treatment of public material.

Account

You need an account to buy. Sign-in is by one-time code or Google. We have no passwords. The account is personal; don't share your login. We may suspend accounts that are shared or used to extract the content.

The levels and what they give you

Prices are in Swedish kronor and include VAT. No level has a lock-in period. The free level requires no purchase and lasts forever.

• Free: SEK 0. Onboarding, the diagnostic, your plan toward a safe C and all of module 1 in every course. Canvas AI reads in your courses at no cost and gives you ten questions to start with, then three a week. For Högskoleprovet, the quick test with a forecast and ten practice tasks are included, in total and not per day.
• Plus: SEK 99 per month. Every course: the whole plan, every module, the question bank and the mock exams. StudyHub Coach and Canvas AI with fast answers. Högskoleprovet is not included.
• Pro: SEK 149 per month. Everything in Plus, with Deep mode, where Canvas AI answers with the thorough model, and ten times the limits of Plus. Högskoleprovet is included for now (see below).
• Max: SEK 299 per month. Everything in Pro, with Deep mode as standard, forty times the limits of Plus, the direct line to the founder, priority when you request a course and the exam guarantee.

The founder price

The first 50 to pay for a subscription, at any level, get the founder price in cohort 1: Plus SEK 59 and Pro SEK 89 a month. After that, cohort 2 applies until 31 January 2027 at 23:59: Plus SEK 79 and Pro SEK 119 a month. Max costs SEK 299 in both cohorts. From 1 February 2027 the regular prices apply to new customers.

The price is locked for as long as the subscription runs. If you change level, you get your cohort's price for the new level. You always get at least the same limits as new customers on the same level, but the numbers in the limits themselves are not locked.

If you cancel, the founder price applies until the end of the period. Subscribe again within 14 days of the period ending and you keep it. After that, the price for new customers applies.

The place is given out once the first payment above SEK 0 has gone through. A gift code that makes the first month free therefore gives no place in cohort 1: after the gift months, the cohort 2 price applies, or the regular one. While you pay, a place is held for you for 40 minutes. Every founder gets a number, for example Founder #12, which shows in your profile and is never given out again.

If you withdraw from the contract within 14 days, the place goes to the next person. If you were already a founder before the contract you withdraw from, you keep your place.

The limits and reasonable use

StudyHub Coach, Canvas AI and marking are counted in credits. Every level has two limits: how much you can use per five hours and per week. The five-hour limit starts counting at your first question and opens again once five hours have passed. The week starts over every Monday at 00:00 Swedish time.

The limits today: Free 20 credits per five hours and 50 a week, Plus 75 and 300, Pro 750 and 3,000, Max 3,000 and 12,000. Purchased credits (credit packs) and the bonuses extend the week but not the five-hour limit, and they never expire. Reading in from Canvas never counts against the limits.

The limits may change. If we lower them for a subscription you have, we email you at least 30 days in advance, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.

Max is practically unlimited, but not unlimited. The limits are set so that someone studying on their own won't hit them. The account is personal. Sharing it, reselling answers or letting a program ask questions automatically is not reasonable use, and in that case we may limit or close the account after getting in touch.

The subscription

Plus, Pro and Max renew automatically every month until you cancel. We email you a reminder before every charge, with the amount and the date, even though we are not required to. You should never be surprised by a payment.

You cancel it yourself, at any time. The button is under Your profile and opens the customer portal. There is no notice period, no questions and no offer trying to keep you. If you cancel mid-period you keep everything until the end of the period. We don't cut you off early, and we don't refund a period already started, except when you withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

Upgrading from Plus to Pro or Max, or from Pro to Max, takes effect right away. The difference for the rest of the period is charged at once, your renewal day stays the same and the higher limits apply from that moment. If the payment fails, nothing changes.

Downgrading takes effect from the next period. You keep the level you paid for until the end of the period, and the next charge has the lower price. Nothing is refunded for the period you have already paid for.

If a payment fails we retry a few times, and you then have seven days of grace before access is paused. Nothing is deleted: your plan, your answers and your history stay put, and they come back the moment the payment works.

Högskoleprovet

Högskoleprovet is included in Pro and Max for now, to the extent it exists in StudyHub. We plan to sell it as a separate pass per test date. If we remove it from a level you have, we email you at least 30 days in advance, and the change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Max: the direct line, priority and the exam guarantee

The direct line: what you send through support from a Max account goes straight to the founder and is answered within 24 hours, usually the same day.

Priority: a course you request with Max goes first in the queue, and your vote counts for more when we choose which course to build next. Priority is not a promise that a particular course will be built, or of when it will be ready.

The exam guarantee: if, with Max, you have done every module and at least one mock exam in a course in StudyHub before the exam and still don't pass, you study in StudyHub for free until the re-sit. Apply within 30 days of getting your result by emailing [email protected] with the course and the result. We go through every application by hand.

Older subscriptions and passes

If you already have Student lite or Student pro, it is now called Plus or Pro, with the limits that apply to that level. The price you pay does not change because of the new name. If we change it, we email you at least 30 days in advance, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.

Passes bought before 16 September 2026 (Course pass, Term pass and HP pass) remain valid until their end date. They never renew and are no longer sold.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you subscribe to Plus, Pro or Max or buy a credit pack, counted from the day the contract was made. This also covers the founder price and an upgrade made during those 14 days.

You start right away. Before you pay, you tick that you want the subscription to start right away, or the credits to be delivered right away, and that you understand what this means for the right of withdrawal. It is also in the confirmation you get by email.

The subscription: if you withdraw, you pay for the started days you have had the subscription, counted on each payment and its period, and get the rest back. The subscription ends right away. An example: if you subscribe to Pro for SEK 149 and withdraw on the third day of a 30-day period, you pay SEK 14.90 and get SEK 134.10 back. The start bonus that came with the payment is removed, as far as it has not been used. The start bonus is only given once per account, so a new subscription after a withdrawal doesn't bring a new one.

The credit pack: if you withdraw, you get the money back for the credits you haven't used, and they are removed from your account. Once all the credits in the purchase are used the service has been performed, and the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

How to withdraw: under Your profile there is a Withdraw from contract here button for as long as the right of withdrawal applies, in the subscription card and under each credit purchase. Enter your name, check the contract and press Confirm withdrawal. You get a confirmation by email with what we received and when. You can also email [email protected] within the period.

The money goes back to the card or account you paid with, no later than 14 days after we received your withdrawal.

The content

The course material is ours. You may use it for your own studies as much as you like. You may not publish it, resell it or systematically extract it.

What you write yourself, such as answers, notes and questions to StudyHub Coach, is yours. We use it to work out your plan and, in aggregated and anonymised form, to see which sections need rewriting.

The study coach StudyHub Coach

StudyHub Coach is a language model. It can be wrong. Every answer has a "Not right?" button, and we read the reports.

During an active mock exam StudyHub Coach is switched off, and in quizzes and exercises it gives hints but never the answer. That's deliberate: the measurement has to be honest, or the forecast is worthless.

Canvas AI

Canvas AI only reads from Canvas. Nothing is uploaded, sent or changed in Canvas. Canvas AI cannot submit, send messages, post or change anything in your courses. Your token is used only to read, is stored encrypted and is deleted immediately when you remove the connection under Your profile.

Canvas AI fetches what you already see in your course rooms: pages, modules, files, announcements, schedules and deadlines, plus your own status, results and teacher comments on assignments. It is used to answer you and only you see it. Canvas AI reads in and keeps at most six courses up to date at a time, the ones you star. Reading them in and the automatic updates are free. A reload you ask for yourself costs credits. A course you unstar is kept for two months and then deleted.

One Canvas account, one StudyHub account. A Canvas account can be connected to one StudyHub account at a time. If the Canvas account already belongs to another StudyHub account, the connection is refused, and a move is done through support. The starter questions are given once per Canvas account, also if the StudyHub account is deleted and created again.

The questions: on the free level Canvas AI gives you ten questions to start with, the first five in Deep mode, and after that three questions a week. With Plus, Pro and Max the questions are counted in credits, within the limits of the level.

Past exams are downloaded automatically. Old exams and solutions that teachers have published in your course rooms are saved to StudyHub's exam archive, so that we can build courses from real exams. This covers every course room your token reaches, including finished courses, but only files everyone in the course room can already see. Nothing personal or private goes into the archive: never your submissions, grades, messages or anything else about you. We only note that the exam was found through your account, and that note is removed if you turn off exam sharing under Your profile.

You accept these terms when you connect Canvas AI for the first time.

Downtime

We aim for the service to always work but promise no particular availability. If there's a longer outage that affects you during an exam week. Get in touch and we'll make it right.

Liability

Our liability is limited to what you paid for the subscription or pass in question. We are not liable for indirect damages, such as a failed exam result. This does not limit your rights under mandatory consumer law.

Changes

We may change these terms. Changes do not apply retroactively to a period or pass you've already paid for. We email about material changes, and about price changes to a subscription you have, at least 30 days before they take effect, and you can cancel before then.

Disputes

Swedish law applies. If we disagree you're welcome to contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, whose recommendations we follow.
